Privacy policy

Last updated November 2, 2026

This policy explains what PrintyPulse (Nguyen Hai Dang, Vietnam) collects when you buy and use Numbermill, and why. Contact: hello@printypulse.com.

What we receive when you buy

WarriorPlus sends us your name, email address, the product you bought, the transaction id and the order details. We use them to create your licence key, turn products on or off (for example after a refund) and answer support emails. WarriorPlus's own privacy policy covers the checkout.

What the app sends us

Your licence key, when the app checks which products you own. We store the key, your email address, your products and the dates of purchase and licence checks.

What stays on your computer

Books are made in your browser. Children's names, your own words, your brand name, name lists and Etsy order files are never sent to us. The app keeps your licence, settings and recent-books history in your browser's storage; clearing your browser data removes them.

Cookies and tracking

The Numbermill app uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. These sales pages load WarriorPlus code that may set cookies so affiliate sales are credited; see WarriorPlus's policy.

Where the data is kept and for how long

On our web host's servers (HawkHost). We keep purchase and licence records while your licence exists and as long as tax and payment rules require. Ask us and we will delete what we do not have to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, by emailing hello@printypulse.com. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone except WarriorPlus and our web host, who process it for us.

Free seller kit sign-ups

If you ask for the free seller kit on our sales page, we store your email address, the date and the sentence you agreed to (“Email me the free seller kit and occasional tips about selling printables. I can unsubscribe any time.”). We use it to send the kit and occasional tips about selling printables, through an email service we choose. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email us and we remove you. We never sell the list.

Children

Numbermill is for adults who make books for children. We do not collect information from or about children.
