Terms and licence

These terms cover Numbermill and its upgrades (Pro, Theme Studio, Agency), sold by PrintyPulse, run by Nguyen Hai Dang in Vietnam (“we”). By buying or using Numbermill you agree to them. Contact: hello@printypulse.com.

What you buy

A personal licence to use the Numbermill web app with one licence key, for the products on your receipt. Payment is one-time; there is no subscription. WarriorPlus handles the payment and sends your key.

What you may sell

• You may sell the books you make with Numbermill, printed or as PDFs, on Amazon KDP, Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, your own shop or in person, and keep all the money.
• With an Agency licence you may also make books for clients and other businesses.
• You may not resell, share or give away Numbermill itself or your licence key.
• You may not sell or share the pictures on their own, for example as clip art, stickers, a picture pack or print-on-demand designs.
• You may not claim the pictures were hand-drawn by you. Where a marketplace asks about AI-generated content (Amazon KDP does), say Yes for images.
• You are responsible for your listings, titles and for following each marketplace's rules.

The pictures

The characters and pictures were made with AI image tools (ChatGPT and Canva) and edited into line art by us. Other Numbermill users have the same characters. We do not promise that no one else has similar pictures.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying, through WarriorPlus or by email. A refund turns off the products it covers on your licence key. Books you made before the refund may not be sold after it.

The service

• The app runs in your browser. It checks your licence with our server from time to time and keeps working for 14 days without a connection.
• We keep the app online and fix problems, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable.
• We may improve the app. Books you made keep working; the same settings and book number make the same book with the same app version.
• We may switch off a licence that is shared, resold, or used against these terms.

No guarantee of sales

We do not promise any income. See the earnings disclaimer.

Liability

Numbermill is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases after the date at the top. Questions: hello@printypulse.com.
